What is SBI CSP?

CSP is short for Customer Service Point. Since almost 90% of CSP Application fo cases are concentrated in the National Bank of India, it is a common mistake to call any banks customer service point SBI CSP. The National Bank of India only approves customer service points through a valid CSP Registration of authorized CSP Providers. Customer service points are banking institutions managed by non-bankers. Therefore, SBI CSP is like a mini bank that conducts limited transactions and purchases.



Customer Service Point Registration Qualification


Candidates who choose CSP registration must meet the following conditions:
  • At least 18 years old
  • Computer literature
  • willing to invest in the project
  • RESPONSIBLE
  • LABORIOUS
  • UNEMPLOYED
In addition, the application of CSP requires discipline, dedication and determination. Applicable to CSP process The CSP registration process is online. Only authorized CSP providers can initiate the CSP register process. The documents required for the CSP application are:

  • Two passport-sized photos.
  • PAN card
  • The Indian government has issued proof of identity Aadhaar card/drivers license/passport/voter.
